This fantastic three-unit site was a difficult project for the design team due to the zoning falling in a Neighbourhood Residential Zone. The Cadox team brainstormed a well-balanced design that allowed for landscaping buffers to the boundaries to create an openness around the three homes whilst trying to intensify the maximum space in a NRZ.
